What's included

Nothing says ‘Italian hospitality’ like a table overflowing with good food. Our beautiful grazing tables are filled with a selection of antipasto, cured meats such as prosciutto crudo, felino salami, bresaola, gourmet cheeses such as buffalo mozzarella, truffle pecorino, gorgonzola, fresh crusty bread, gourmet crackers, seasonal fresh fruits and chocolate.

The baked ricotta is a true showstopper, made to a personal recipe and can be garnished with a range of accompanying flavours to suit your sweet or savoury craving, including toasted thyme, fresh thyme, balsamic glaze from Modena, truffle honey, figs (when in season), extra virgin olive oil, walnuts, pistachios, pears, tomatoes, basil and more.

If you want more sweetness in your grazing spread, we can provide fruit tartlets, indulgent Sicilian cannoli and a range of baked goods.

We can also offer add ons such as assorted panini, mini quiches or even sushi.

Because we understand the importance of gorgeous presentation as well as gourmet flavour, props, tableware, flowers and foliage are also included in our grazing table service. Tableware and props can include items such as clay bowls, glass vases, timber boards, cake stands, tablecloths and cheese knives.

Our grazing tables can be specially tailored to suit any special event including weddings, baby showers, birthdays, corporate events and any kind of large gathering that requires the gourmet touch.


If you have a specific theme in mind, we are more than happy to work with this in our layout and presentation, including floral arrangements. Our grazing tables are made to serve a minimum of 30 people, and we gladly cater for much larger numbers. Whatever your occasion, get in touch to discuss the style, size and dietary requirements you need accommodated.


We can tailor your grazing table experience to meet your budget while still ensuring a delicious result for your event catering needs, such as composing our culinary creations with different ingredients, including more local Sydney produce rather than imported or luxury goods. 


When it comes to the event itself, we can also advise on layout, suggest venues and, if we have access at least three hours before the start of the event, we will set up the grazing table for you, right down to the final flourishes.


At La Paparedda, we are not happy until our client is happy, so we will work with you to provide an elegant catering solution that perfectly suits your desires.

About your graze



Payment: A 40% deposit of total amount is required upon confirmation of booking. Total amount is to be paid in full 7 days prior to event date. 

Equipment and Returns: All boards, serving equipment and display items, must be returned to La Paparedda Catering within 3 days of your event. For items that cannot be returned, all items will be picked up within two days at a pre-arranged time. A pick up fee will be added to the final invoice. A $100 bond is taken upon booking to cover for any lost or stolen items. Bond will be refunded once all items have been returned to La paparedda Catering within 3 days of your event.

Any equipment not returned or is damaged will be charged at replacement cost and deducted from the bond.

If equipment requires cleaning, a fee will be deducted from the bond.

Payment Method: Bank transfer, cash payments and credit card payments accepted. Please note domestic cards have a fee of 2% + $0.30. Foreign cards have a fee of 3.4% + $0.30. 

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations must be made in writing to La Paparedda Catering. Total invoice amount is non-refundable on cancellations made 10 days prior to your event.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By accepting the quote provided by La Paparedda Catering and payment of 40% deposit, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
